NidhiWon holds AMFI Registration Number ARN-336509 and distributes schemes from 13 SEBI-registered asset management companies. Everything on this page — the ARN, the SEBI registration numbers of each fund association, our distribution-only capacity and how we are paid — is published so you can confirm it independently with AMFI and SEBI.

AMFI Registration (ARN-336509)
NidhiWon is registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India as a Mutual Fund Distributor. The ARN can be searched in AMFI's public distributor directory at amfiindia.com.
SEBI-registered fund associations
Every scheme we distribute belongs to a SEBI-registered asset management company. All 13 associations and their SEBI registration numbers are published on our compliance page.
Distributor capacity only
We distribute mutual fund units. We never hold client funds — money moves directly to the fund house and units are held in your own name and folio.
Commission disclosure
We are paid a trail commission by the asset management company out of the scheme's expense ratio, as disclosed in scheme documents. Clients pay us no separate fee.
